Good afternoon everyone. Great work last week at Pre-UIL!

This week will be relatively quiet as we have UIL in less than 2 weeks. Please make sure we are present in rehearsals and you parts are prepared.

Supplies

Please make sure you bring concert snare sticks and a practice pad to band class every day.

1 box of tissues per student is requested. One has observed this request, many more have used the tissues.

Naaman Forest HS Hosts Middle School Choir UIL

This week, our campus will host Region 3 Middle School Choir UIL. There will be limited access to the band hall and auditorium on Thursday and Friday

Drumline Performance on Tuesday, April 1

We are performing on Tuesday, April 1 for the Skills USA send-off at the GRCTC during B6 (first period). If you are not already in band B6, your teachers have been contacted and it will be up to them to allow you to participate in this send off.

Attire for both performances is to wear a Naaman Forest band/drumline shirt, jacket or sweater.

Rehearsal Schedule for the Week

Wind Ensemble will rehearse on Monday and Thursday from 3:30-5:30. Symphonic Band will meet on Tuesday from 3:30-5:30. Please continue to stay aware of communications from Mr. Falls and Mr. Choi for rehearsal plans.

Jazz Band will rehearse on Wednesday from 3:15-4:45.
